At Ved Sangam Ayurvedic, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund and return policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Perishable items, opened products, or products showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To return a product:
Contact our customer support team at support@vedsangam.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you on the return shipping process.
Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and details.
We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the original product and place a new order.
